Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two years of coaching or related experience, OR at least two years of playing collegiate basketball.
- Demonstrated knowledge of collegiate basketball.
- Proven ability to build relationships with prospective and current student-athletes, team-building skills focusing on communication and positive interactions.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Ability to effectively utilize Google Suite, recruiting platforms and student information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people from a diverse range of identities and experiences.
- Current certification in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automatic external defibrillator (AED) use or ability to obtain certifications upon hire.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Three to five years of coaching or related athletic experience, including program development, recruiting, compliance, and collegiate coaching.
- Proven ability to recruit and coach student-athletes.
