- Education: Bachelor's degree .
- Experience: Three (3) years of applicable coaching experience (a combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered).
- Compliance: Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within thirty (30) days of hire.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license (in good standing per UMS standards).
- Master's degree.
- Intercollegiate coaching experience.
- Background as a collegiate softball competitor.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and fundraising.
- Managerial or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in recruiting software (e.g., Front Rush) and budget management.
- Certification in strength and conditioning.
