What You Will Do Each Day
- Lead your crew through residential painting projects from prep through final walkthrough
- Assign tasks, manage workflow, and ensure every surface is finished to a high-quality standard
- Execute and oversee clean, precise cut-ins, trim work, and detail finishing
- Select appropriate paint products and colors based on project specifications
- Communicate with homeowners professionally and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and hold your crew to the same standard
