In-Store Product Support Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-Store Product Support Sales Representative to join our team in Tukwila, WA. In this role, you will engage with customers primarily by phone, promoting and selling our full line of products and value-added services to drive market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact customers to promote products, services, and special programs, including financing and merchandising options.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly through appropriate channels.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately, including data entry, expense management, and lead tracking.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with member companies, internal departments, and team members.
• Represent the company professionally through continued industry education, participation in meetings, and maintaining a clean and presentable appearance.
• Uphold strict safety standards and ensure proper care of company equipment and assets.
• Territory for this role is South and West Puget Sound Area.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Strong technical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• A genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and relationship-building.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of relevant business experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety protocols, engineering diagrams, and instruction manuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Lucrative Earning Potential:  On target earnings (OTE) potential for the first year is $60,000, which includes a base salary of $30,000 per year plus commission.
