About Us
We manufacture and supply air filters to distributors serving the abatement and remediation industry across the US.
Role Overview
Own new business development and growth with abatement/remediation-focused distributors. Your primary job: open new distributor accounts and then expand our share and SKU penetration.
What You’ll Do
- Win new distributors
- Build programs, not one-off orders
- Grow share within distributors
- Be the key commercial contact for these partners
Must-Have Experience
- 3–7 years selling into distributors (not retail, not direct-to-end-user only), ideally in:
- Restoration/abatement
- Environmental remediation
- Safety / industrial / jan-san
- Proven track record of: opening new distributor accounts and managing multi-step sales cycles.
- Working with purchasing, category managers, and senior decision makers.
- Experience with Air filters, HEPA/IAQ products, PPE, containment, remediation chemicals, negative air equipment, etc.
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with restoration/abatement distributors.
- Experience at an air filtration, IAQ, or safety products manufacturer selling into distribution.
- Familiarity with rebate programs, co-op/MDF, branch-level promotions.
Personal Style
- Hunter-first mindset; you like building new business more than babysitting a legacy book.
- Direct, practical communicator; credible in both warehouses and boardrooms.
- Highly organized, strong follow-through, and able to manage complex onboarding projects.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, travel-heavy role.
