As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance products to meet those needs. This role requires a combination of sales efforts and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify suitable insurance products for clients.
• Engage in daily sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services effectively.
• Routinely prospect for referral partners and other centers of influence
• Promote, market, and sell life, home, auto, and business insurance as a multi-line agent

Qualifications

• Insurance licenses are not required to interview, but are required before starting
• Proven experience in sales or service related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Highly coachable and embodies a continuance-improvement mindset
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with insurance products can be helpful, but coach-ability is a must
