Candidate must be able to perform a variety of general office duties, including, but not limited to: answering telephones, responding to customer-facing requests, recording and distributing messages, taking payments, filing and maintaining customer records, and operating a personal computer for the purpose of data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
