Position Summary:
We’re looking for energetic, customer-oriented individuals to join our sales team as a Entry Level Assistant Managers. In this role, you’ll guide customers through AT&T device and service options, recommend relevant accessories, and support them throughout the buying process to ensure a positive retail experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership to oversee daily store operations and help maintain an efficient, goal-oriented environment.
- Actively participate on the sales floor by assisting shoppers, showcasing products, and demonstrating strong customer service habits.
- Support the development of team members by helping with training, coaching, and motivation.
- Take part in sales initiatives, in-store promotions, and local marketing activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner to help build loyalty and repeat visits.
- Assist with upholding visual standards and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Some college education or an associate degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a leadership-focused role is a plus.
- Clear communicator with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Reliable, driven, and comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
