Description Of Work
An exciting leadership opportunity awaits. Cherry Hospital is currently recruiting for a Nurse Supervisor I position to serve as Shift Manager. The Shift Manager represents Nursing Leadership on evening shift, night shift, weekends and holidays and serves a resource and contact point for all hospital teammates. The Shift Manager communicates with patients, families, providers, law enforcement and other agencies as needed regarding patient care, treatment, and services. The Shift Manager makes rounds frequently on all units and responds to all medical and behavioral emergencies. The Shift Manager supports all nursing teammates to ensure compliance with hospital policy and procedures and actively communicates and promotes harmony among shift personnel, administration, and other departments/disciplines. This teammate notifies appropriate off-duty administrators as indicated, actively participates in performance and conducts investigations as needed. The Shift Manager also monitors regulatory and accreditation compliance and ensures that nursing care meets all pertinent regulations and standards.

Recruitment Range: $90,000 - $110,044

- A Sign-on bonus of $10,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.
