Experienced Leather Sewing Machine Operator – Custom Furniture

NC Custom Leather Inc. is seeking an experienced Leather Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality custom leather furniture and are looking for a dependable individual who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sew leather and upholstery fabrics for custom furniture using industrial sewing machines.
• Assemble furniture components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with the production team to meet quality and production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience sewing leather is required.
• Experience sewing upholstery fabric is required.
• Experience operating industrial sewing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Furniture or upholstery manufacturing experience is a plus.
