Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing inventory, organizing materials, and supporting field technicians by ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available. This role includes receiving and stocking deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, preparing job materials, and assisting with loading and unloading company vehicles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
Work Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday, overtime as needed
Pay Range: $20 per hour

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Forklift experience is a plus
- HVAC parts knowledge is a plus
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
