HVAC Service Technician
Location: Jacksonville, NC
Pay: $29 - $40/hour based on experience performance bonuses career advancement program
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time | Every other on-call week rotation with no late calls!

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Supervisory or mentoring experience is a plus
- HVAC Technical School certificate preferred
- NATE Certification preferred

What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment efficiently
- Complete preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Recommend solutions that best meet customer needs
- Accurately document service calls and completed work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Share knowledge and support the development of fellow technicians
