Role Description
NBV Financial is seeking a full-time or part-part-time hybrid Account Specialist for its Orlando branch located in Altamonte Springs, FL (with flexibility for some remote work). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. The Account Specialist will also be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and assisting with on-boarding new clients and agents.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines with urgency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, prospecting with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly motivated and coachable
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Leadership skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with insurance and/or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
Industry Legal Requirements
- Must be 18
- U.S resident
- Able to pass a state and federal background check (No felonies)
- Able to financially get the 2-14 Florida Life & Annuities state insurance license (legal requirement for monetary compensation & ability to provide financial advice and information to clients).
Training: We offer weekly on-site full industry system and product trainings, daily hands-on in the field training sessions, and licensing training that is part of our elite Broker Training Program.
Compensation: Agents, whether part-time or full-time, have access to our industry leading compensation and incentives bonus program as well as the opportunity to earn equity in Integrity Marketing Group. Direct Deposit payments are made 2x per week. Residual payouts and override commissions come directly from our carrier partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
