Job Description
Answer customer inquires via e-mail or telephone in a timely manner
Process purchase orders received via e-mail or fax and ensure accuracy of the order details
Acknowledge order confirmation to customers via fax or email
Maintain customer accounts information and conduct follow-up calls
Maintain a strong working relationship with the sales team
Establish and maintain a professional liaison with all departments
Resolve order issues such as shortages, overages, returns or discrepancies
Qualifications
Experience a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to listen, empathize, and effectively handle challenges in a professional manner
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks at hand
Ability to follow guidelines and adjust to changes when required
Desire to grow with the company
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Quick Books Knowledge a PLUS
Experience with ERP systems
College degree preferred
