What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) needed for school in Hammonton position at NBN GROUP?
New Behavioral Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA Therapy to a 6th grade female student within the Hammonton School District. This is a Monday–Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm school day position, with additional support needed a few days per week during after-school activities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct ABA therapy to support focus, engagement, and academic task completion
- Assisting the student with transitioning safely and smoothly between classes
- Helping the student stay organized and on task with daily school assignments
- Supporting participation and success in after-school programming on select days
- Collaborating with school staff, BCBA supervisors, and family to support progress
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Active RBT Certification with the BACB
- Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings
- Excellent communication and patience
- A positive, supportive, and professional demeanor
