About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to provide in-home ABA therapy to a teenage girl in Pennsville, NJ. This client is non-verbal with emerging communication skills and benefits from a consistent, structured, and compassionate behavioral approach.
About the Client:
- Teen girl with autism and emerging verbal communication
- Follows 3-step directions with occasional prompting
- Engages in self-injurious behaviors—requires skilled behavior support
- Thrives with predictability, patience, and positive reinforcement
Position Highlights:
- Part-Time BCBA Role
- Flexible Scheduling: Days, evenings, weekends—choose what works for you
- Work close to home
- Set your own hours — take on as few or as many cases as you'd like
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide in-home ABA services
- Coach and supervise ABA support staff
- Guide ongoing staff development
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 1 year experience with:
- Creating and implementing behavior plans
- Supervising and coaching ABA team members
