Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make an impact after hours?
New Behavioral Network (NBN) Delaware has immediate openings for experienced BCBAs to join our team and support children and families in their homes and communities.
Position Highlights:
✔ Part-Time BCBA role
✔ Flexible scheduling – afternoons, evenings, and weekends
✔ Work in your local area
✔ Set your own hours – as few or as many as you’d like
✔ Focused on client care, team supervision, and ongoing staff training
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing behavioral services in home-based settings
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Developing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Coaching and supervising therapeutic support staff
- Supporting ongoing staff development
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in:
- Conducting FBAs
- Creating and managing behavior plans
- Coaching and supervising ABA team members
