What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Behavior Consultant ( BCBA ) position at NBN GROUP?
New Behavioral Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing team! This is a full-time opportunity for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families through high-quality, individualized ABA services provided in-home. This position is Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6:30PM.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other assessments as needed
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs and other team members
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Must hold active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Comfortable providing in-home services
- Must be willing to travel within 45–60 minutes of Cherry Hill, NJ
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
