What you’ll do:
PLEASE NOTE: This is a short term position with an estimated duration of 6 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
CNBC’s fast-growing executive memberships business, CNBC Councils, is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support the team to help support the acquisition, engagement, and sales planning process. The coordinator will help will process documentation, billing, lead research, call preparation, sales outreach and call coordination, and more. This role will report to the Senior Director, Audience & Membership, but will collaborate across member acquisition, engagement, and planning teams. This is a 6-month position with the opportunity to convert to full-time.
Core Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct preliminary outreach to prospective members and log notes from calls and email communications into CRM
Issue invoices and connect with internal and external stakeholders to secure customer payment and streamline process
Log sales transactions into ledger and CRM
