Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager

The Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for leading our mortgage and consumer loan servicing teams. In this role, you will provide daily direction, coaching, and support to a team of Loan Servicers while ensuring all servicing workflows are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and investor requirements. You will serve as the organization s primary subject matter expert for mortgage and consumer loan servicing, overseeing critical functions such as loan boarding, payment processing, escrow administration, investor remittance, reconciliation, and servicing reporting. This position plays a key role in maintaining loan data integrity, strengthening internal controls, and reducing operational, regulatory, and reputational risk. You will manage servicing guidelines and procedures, partner with internal departments and vendors on new products and system enhancements, and lead issue resolution and process improvements. Responsibilities also include executing servicing events, administering escrow accounts, monitoring insurance and PMI, supporting audits and exams, and ensuring all servicing activities meet timing, accuracy, and documentation standards. Broad servicing expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow optimization are needed in this position. This position will also set clear expectations, develop staff capabilities, and foster a high-performance environment focused on accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service. Full-time annualized starting salary range for this position is $69,000 to $86,000, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
