The Compliance Specialist I supports the bank s compliance program by helping implement, maintain, and monitor compliance functions. The specialist conducts periodic audits across various departments to ensure adherence to consumer compliance regulations and collaborates with the BSA Specialist on BSA-related reviews when needed. The team also serves as a resource for staff by answering compliance questions. In this role, you ll be part of a collaborative compliance team where responsibilities rotate to support department needs. While you ll work across all areas of compliance, you ll typically focus on either deposit-related or loan-related regulations. Team members provide backup for one another during absences or high-volume periods and take on additional tasks as assigned. All work is performed with a strong commitment to bank policies, procedures, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $35.00 per hour, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
