- Coordinate with orthodontists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Process insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and benefit breakdowns
- Drive case acceptance by building trust and rapport with patients and guardians
- Maintain accurate documentation in practice management software
Requirements:
- Prior experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a healthcare treatment coordinator role preferred
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and treatment procedures
- Experience with dental practice management software
