NBBJ Seattle is seeking an Intermediate Designer to work on projects varying from small TI work to full corporate campuses involving client contact and leadership responsibilities
.This role includes interiors and architectural design and development work for projects involving construction of the interiors of new buildings, alteration of existing buildings and facilities, and potential larger planning and design efforts
.

- l: Provide expertise (under high-level guidance) in executing corporate / commercial projects to team members, client, and contractors from early design through construction administrat

Office & Hybrid Ho
urs:This is a full-time position, with expectations to be in-office Monday – Thursday. Core in-office hours during those days are 10am – 3pm, allowing flexibility around travel and family needs. Fridays are hybrid workdays for employees to choose where they work, as coordinated with their project and t
eam.
The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $80,000-$95,000. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experi
ence.This role requires the individual to be based in the United Sta
tes.
