Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating complex travel itineraries for military and civilian personnel traveling at government expense on official orders to various destinations worldwide, via air or surface transportation; 2) Applying an extensive body of government travel regulations to coordinate personnel travel arrangements using an automated travel system (e.g., Defense Travel System); 3) Resolving a variety of personnel travel issues and ensuring all travel entitlements are paid in compliance with government travel rules.
