Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting stylish female clothing that meets their preferences and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about clothing features, fabrics, and styling tips
- Engage in proactive business development through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation to attract new clients
- Manage customer accounts effectively using CRM software, ensuring personalized service and follow-up
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain territory management strategies to increase market share within designated areas
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising to boost store traffic and sales performance
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry, with a focus on female clothing
- Strong background in B2B (business-to-business) sales, account management, or territory management is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in outside sales activities including cold calling, direct sales, and lead generation
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities to close deals effectively
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and managing retail or territory sales environments
