We have a new clinic in Southlake, TX and are looking for a dynamic, motivated & dependable individual to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate and integrated care to our patients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Position Overview:
Our Medical Assistants are versatile and fully trained in care coordination, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato therapy. This role is one of the most desirable and important positions within our support staff, offering a unique opportunity to expand your skills and contribute to a positive healthcare environment. We are looking for a full-time team member who is driven, charismatic & dependable. Hours would be Tuesday-Thursday from 10am-7pm, Friday from 8am-5pm, & Saturdays 8am-4pm. Responsibilities:
- Manage patient care including checking patients in, collecting vital signs, and preparing patients for Spravato and TMS treatment.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain patient charts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between providers and patients.
- Handle financial aspects such as collecting payments and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a medical secretary or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with medical office management systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
