Job Description:
Nazemi Massage Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and clients, so professionalism, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills are very important.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect payments and manage daily transactions
- Verify and enter patient information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Light office cleaning and tidying
- Wash, dry, fold, and restock laundry (sheets, towels, face cradle covers)
- Communicate with massage therapists and staff regarding schedules
- Assist with basic office tasks and paperwork
Qualifications:
- Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (scheduling software experience is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Interest in wellness, chiropractic, or massage therapy is a plus
Schedule:
Part time/full time
Flexible scheduling, including some evenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
