WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
As the RN (registered nurse) you are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care while ensuring compliance with established nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
You will render and delegate nursing care according to patient needs, utilizing both independent and dependent nursing functions. You will supervise and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform resident assessments and provide skilled nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor resident conditions
- Maintain IV/PICC lines and complete accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support CNAs as assigned
- Respond to changes in condition and medical emergencies

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
- Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
- Current CPR certification
