WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
As the relief cook part-time you are responsible for preparing and serving the meals and prepping work for the following day. You will also part-time responsible for providing food service to residents, guest and employees and for providing assistance in all dietary functions.

As the relief cook part-time you are responsible for preparing and serving the meals and prepping work for the following day. You will also part-time responsible for providing food service to residents, guest and employees and for providing assistance in all dietary functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production sheets.
- Complete food prep and maintain meal service schedules.
- Take and record food temperatures.
- Serve meals according to resident diet plans.
- Stock unit kitchenettes and assist with dishwashing.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to three years of experience in cooking in a long-term health care setting
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification, preferred
