NAZ Solar Electric is a family-owned solar distributor that has operated in Flagstaff since 1979. We are seeking a qualified individual that will be an integral part of a team delivering exceptional customer service to our walk-in, phone and online customers. The office environment is fast-paced and requires a team player that is organized and efficient, with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office software is a must, along with the ability to learn other software systems quickly. Self-starter personality and resourcefulness in occasionally stressful situations is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in customer support and client services not required but preferred.
- Data entry and typing skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Microsoft office (Windows 10, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries about order status, backorders, and product availability via phone and email
- Assist customers with processing freight and warranty claims, including coordinating replacement products and tracking resolutions
- Assist customers with product returns and provide customer refunds.
- Work with logistics companies to coordinate customer deliveries and resolve issues.
- Communicate with vendors for updated order status and item availability.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
