Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Operate POS systems for retail sales transactions and food orders
- Manage customer orders with accuracy, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales
- Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities
- Provide excellent customer service by serving guests promptly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of food handling, safety management, and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing sales accurately
- Culinary experience or restaurant background that demonstrates food preparation capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace at all times
