Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and skilled PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing Home Health team. In this flexible role, you will provide direct patient care, education, and support in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care with a focus on education, recovery, and wellness.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, and chronic disease management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Florida (required).
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health, med-surg, SNF, or ED preferred).
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
