Position Type: Per-Diem / Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000/year (Per Diem rates discussed during interview)
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality OT services in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will be licensed, experienced, and passionate about helping clients improve independence and overall functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct OT assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions under physician-approved care plans.
Document client progress, communicate updates to the care team, and participate in care conferences.
Guide clients in therapeutic activities to enhance physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
Educate clients, families, and staff on supportive activities and adaptive devices.
Ensure compliance with agency policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited OT program or eligible for the National Registration Exam.
Current OT license/registration required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Licensed driver with insured vehicle and reliable transportation.
