We have been in business for 15 years and are looking for the right person to join our thriving aesthetic medical practice. Our owner is a full time injectior (and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner ) in our clinic, making our clinic dynamic much different than the typical medical spa. We are eager to meet the right candidate to grow with us

This role offers a unique blend of front desk, medical assisting responsibilities and direct mentorship, providing a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and administrative aspects of aesthetic nursing.
Requirements:
- Pre- nursing students wanted. Minimum available hours = 24hours per week.
We seek candidates who can commit to a minimum of 1.5 years with our clinic, recognizing that your availability may become more limited once you commence your nursing program. We are dedicated to supporting your academic success and, and for the right individual, are prepared to reserve a position for you as a Aesthetic Injector upon completion of nursing school, enabling you to begin seeing patients as soon as you graduate.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Interest in Aesthetic Medicine profession
- Sales experience
- Organization / Multitasking skills -In our fast-paced aesthetic practice, the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks is crucial for maintaining high-quality patient care and smooth clinic operations.
- Preferred knowledge of Med Spa services (Botox/Dermal Fillers/Lasers/etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and exceptional computer skills
- Extrovert, outgoing, fun, energetic, ability to keep a positive attitude
- Honest, hard-working and flexible, to adapt to the needs of the business
- Reliable, able to perform work duties and meet quotas without direct oversight
Duties (not all listed):
- Greet and welcome patients; you are the first interaction they have with Naya.
- Assist with the check-in process (consents, photos, prep for appt)
- Answer and screen incoming calls, text messages, and emails
- Convert incoming patient inquiries via phone and text to booked consultations
- Process payment and checkout transactions
- Assist RN/NP/PA in the room as needed with patient care
- Comfortable with Social Media filming and posting
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in pre-nursing courses or wait list for RN-BSN program
