Duties

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques.
- Support the culinary team by preparing ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency in meal presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers, ovens, mixers, and food processors.
- Follow strict food safety management practices to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area by cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal prep, serving schedules, and catering events while communicating clearly about food handling procedures.
Qualifications
