Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vista, CA, for a Human Resources Specialist. The individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The role also involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, analyzing HR data, addressing workplace concerns, and providing guidance to employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of performance management, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Experience with benefits administration and coordination of employee programs
- Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to handle confidential information and resolve workplace concerns professionally
- Experience with analyzing HR-related data and developing actionable insights
- Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are advantageous
