Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Headquarters, located in Arlington, VA, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Application Administrator to support the Enterprise Solutions team. This junior-level role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and managing users for third-party, cloud-based business applications. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with technical curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-service mindset. This role is a good fit for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms across several business areas. This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be local to the DC metro area to be considered for the position.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology' Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of two years of experience in application administration or a related technical support role.
- Strong interest in learning and administering cloud-based/SaaS business applications.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts such as user account management, data backups, and software updates.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and applications simultaneously.
- Customer-service orientation and a proactive, self-motivated approach to learning.
Preferred
- Prior exposure to any cloud-based SaaS applications (e.g., CRM, document management, or EMR systems).
- Experience posting and maintaining content on intranet or content management platforms.
- Familiarity with basic web concepts (CMS platforms and hosting environments).
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of data security and compliance concepts (e.g., HIPAA).
