Mortgage Loan Review Specialist IBasic PurposeTo ensure that mortgage and equity loan documents are complete and accurate according to GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, federal, state, investor and NFCU guidelines and requirements. Review and validate full loan package post-closing, includes items related to the loan such as income documents, appraisals, other miscellaneous documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness according to established guidelines requirements. Identify and correct errors that may affect guaranty of loan and/or impact audit to prevent fines/penalties. Coordinate changes, revisions and corrections with other mortgage staff, closing agents and vendors. Record, track, monitor documentation issues and productivity. You are paid within the salary range, based on your experience, location and market position. The salary range for this position is: $22.00 - $30.50 hourly.
