- A requirement of this position is you must be currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship. Please upload your transcripts by adding them to the “Intern Proof of Enrollment” section of the application.
- Performs work in support of Desktop Support Services group - duties may vary depending on the assignment
- Applies knowledge gained from the degree program in day-to-day duties/responsibilities
- May receive guidance and direction from management and/or senior-level staff
- Leverage technical knowledge and skill
- Works within established standards, change control, policies, and procedures
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS)
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge (MFA, phishing)
- Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional presence and maturity
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow and adhere to standard operating procedures
- CompTIA A Certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification
- Experience using ConnectWise Remote Support Software
- Experience using CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software
- Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs
