Navy Beach Restaurant, a high-volume waterfront destination in Montauk entering its 17th season, is hiring Servers for the 2026 season. We’re seeking energetic, professional team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen, and support staff
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests professionally
- Follow all cash handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain clean and organized service stations
Qualifications
- Prior serving experience preferred (high-volume a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
