Job Description:

Job Title: Full-Stack Tech Lead
Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid
Duration: 12 Month Contract
At the time of submission, H1/EAD applicants must provide their passport number.
Max Rate: $55 to $60 on C2C

Responsibilities:

• 10 years of full-stack development experience
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Javascript, Node.js, Spring Boot) & chatbot integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
• Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams
