Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Physically examining identification for access to restricted areas;2) Assisting with regulating pedestrian and vehicular traffic to maintain traffic flow and security operations;3) Monitoring personnel access into restricted areas; and 4) Preforming private and commercial vehicle inspections. Qualifications:
GS-04: You resume must demonstrate six months of general experience performing administrative, technical, clerical, military, or other work that involved following written procedures, rules, or regulations in contacts with coworkers, supervisors, or members of the public to provide a service, respond to inquiries, or obtain information, AND six months of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-03) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that involved the protection of property against such hazards as fire, theft, damage, accident, or trespass; or maintaining order and protecting life. Such experience must have provided knowledge of protective systems and techniques.
