Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team of sales and service agents to achieve set targets
- Serve as a coach and partner for each team member to support their role, goals, sales targets and other key performance metrics
- Ensure the implementation of processes and procedures set in place by agency owner
- Support recruiting efforts by sourcing local talent and talent acquisition companies
- Meet production and retention goals and quotas through personal and team production and own/work local book of business.
- 4 Years management experience within insurance
- 5 Years P&C Insurance experience
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Bachelors degree (Preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and implementation skills.
- Efficient problem solving abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products
