Position Summary
The Program Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day support for the assigned program. This may include clerical, technical and/or administrative functions. Work situations are both routine and non-routine requiring strong clerical skills, data entry and tracking, organization, prioritization and attention to detail. This position works in conjunction with other internal and external entities to support of daily operations and special projects simultaneously, also requiring discretion and good judgment. Internal contacts consist of all levels of staff, management and residents. External contacts includes vendors.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, AA preferred
- Current Washington state driver’s license
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working providing clerical, customer service and/or administrative support
- Experience in Behavioral Healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
