Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an RN – Special Procedures for a job in Canton, GA.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients undergoing Interventional Radiology and other radiology procedures.
Administer IV sedation and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Assist radiologists and procedural teams during diagnostic and interventional cases.
Assess patient status, respond to changes in condition, and initiate appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure seamless patient care throughout the radiology department.
Requirements:
Active Georgia or Compact RN license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or ICU, ER, or PACU.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong sedation, patient monitoring, and critical-care assessment skills.
Experience caring for radiology patients preferred.
Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment.
