Position Title: Long Term Care – LPN
Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (with floating to Cortland, NY)
Job Type: Contract | Local or Travel
Shift: 5x8s Day Shift, no OT. Every other weekend and holiday required. Some Saturday shifts (7:30 AM – 1:00 PM).
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour ($1,312.50 – $1,500 weekly)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR system.
Support admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff.
Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with families.
Follow infection control, health, and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Active and unrestricted LPN license in New York State.
Ability to work day shifts with alternating weekends and holidays.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
