Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Laboratory Support Technician for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and prepare specimens for testing and shipment.
Perform data entry, order entry, and result retrieval in lab systems.
Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and organized workflow.
Support staff with test add-ons, cancellations, and specimen status.
Answer phones, provide accurate information, and uphold confidentiality.
Participate in quality assurance and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow written instructions; typing speed 30 wpm.
Completion of Medical Terminology course or test (80% ).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role (Lab Assistant, Phlebotomist, PCT, CNA, etc.).
