Position : Global Digital Marketing Lead / Marketing Communications Specialist - II (Associate)
Location : Jersey City, NJ
Duration : 6 Months
Responsibilities :
- In Global Marketing we are passionate about bringing our medicines to our customers around the world.
- Through digital listening and analytics, we are able to understand our customers' needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them
- This individual will lead the identification, design, execution, oversight, and optimization of the Global Digital Innovation solutions and programs that support the strategic imperatives for our company's Fertility products.
- Leading the development of digital solutions and workstreams designed to increase customer engagement for our company's fertility portfolio.
- These include but are not limited to establishing our web presence, working to improve our brand presence, suggesting strategies and methods for improvement and implementation of strategically aligned campaigns and content in co creation mindset with the key markets
- Ensuring all tactics align to the customer engagement plan and achieve desired customer experience.
- Knowing the business : behavioral and communications objectives, and prioritizing the development of assets using digital knowledge, including best practices and targeting.
- Working in an agile mindset (addressing ambiguity, working comfortably outside of existing processes or structures, establishing networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment, testing and learning to drive a culture of innovation) Contributing to the development of the digital brand building tools.
- Working collaboratively with multiple internal teams including Marketing, IT, Market Research, Analytics, Legal / Privacy, Enterprise Social Media Group, Customer Experience and Engagement, Global Communications and Business Technology
- Managing the day-to-day interactions with the agency partner(s) and other outsourced vendors ; leading the creation and monitoring of agency scopes of work, end to end tactical development through the promotional review team process and participating in the agency evaluation process
- Conducting all activities in full compliance with company policies, values and standards
- Staying up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends
