We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Program Specialist with expertise in the following areas:
Required Expertise:
ESRI Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software:
Proficient in the usage and development of ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro.
Experience in deployment and implementation of ESRI's Enterprise for ArcGIS platform.
Configuration and development of web applications.
Publishing of web services.
Expertise in the development and implementation of ESRI’s Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System.
Safe Software's FME Enterprise:
Experience with FME Form for workflow process development.
Proficiency with FME Flow for automation of workflows.
Transportation Business Systems:
GIS applications including vector and raster datasets.
Experience with Linear Referencing Methods and Systems.
Knowledge of Pavement Management System, Traffic Monitoring System, Construction Management System, Asset Management System, and Project Systems.
Desirable Expertise:
Deployment of VertiGIS Studio to enhance the functionality of ESRI's Enterprise for ArcGIS platform.
Key Qualifications:
Strong technical background in GIS software and related technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage and implement complex GIS solutions in the transportation sector.
