The Talent Acquisition Specialist, University Relations, will play a key role in supporting a robust Future Talent Program, reporting directly to the Associate Director, University Relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong talent acquisition and university recruiting expertise, the ability to balance competing priorities, and the ability to build and maintain vital internal and external client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting and selection process for future talent hires — from requisition creation through offer acceptance and onboarding for assigned client groups.
Serve as a key advisor to internal stakeholders, offering strategic insight, best practices, and benchmarking knowledge in consultation with the Senior Specialist.
Build and maintain relationships with assigned campus partners, including career services offices, student organizations, and other key external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition teams, and divisional business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational priorities.
Represent the company at campus recruitment events and professional conferences.
Support department-wide initiatives, special projects, and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
2–3 years of professional experience required.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), relationship-building, multi-tasking, presentation skills, and strong attention to detail.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience with candidate relationship management systems (CRM); experience with Phenom People is a plus.
Two years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Previous university relations or campus recruitment experience.
